a Certified Adult Chair® Master Coach and RYT 200 Yoga teacher helping you slow down, become more present, better manage stress & anxiety and start living the life you desire. Through leveraging the powerful tools of the Adult Chair model, tapping, and integrating mindful, therapeutic yoga my clients are able to reduce their stress and overwhelm, improve their self-worth and relationships, find their voice, build resilience and live a more healthy, peaceful and fulfilling life.

About The Adult Chair
The Adult Chair model was introduced to me at a time in my life when I was lost and felt like I was living life on autopilot. Through listening to Michelle’s podcasts, working with my own coach and my personal work in the TAC Tribe (The Adult Chair membership), I was able to discover my codependency, learn to say no, ask for what I need and from that place create better, more honest relationships in my life.
