Self-Care Workshops

Are you tired of feeling exhausted, overwhelmed and stressed out from juggling it all - parenting, career, household and relationships? Have you completely lost yourself and don’t know who you are or what brings you joy? Join me for one of my in-person Self-Care Workshops where you will learn and practice simple, powerful tools to SLOW down and bring greater peace into your life and relationships. These tools are based on The Adult Chair Model and incorporate gentle, therapeutic yoga poses & breathwork. Adaptable to all levels!

Self-Care is essential for reducing stress, overwhelm, and anxiety. It involves taking care of your physical, mental, and emotional needs, which in turn helps to improve your overall wellbeing. When you take time to slow down, regulate your nervous system, and take care of your needs, you're better equipped to handle life's challenges. Self-Care activities such as meditation, gentle yoga, spending time in nature, or enjoying a hobby can help to reduce stress and anxiety.

Section 3: Gentle, Slow Yoga Practice (30 Minutes) - Reduce Anxiety & Overwhelm
